Bottle Coatings has added a new production line targeted specifically to enhance what it calls its unique “environmentally green” coating method. This packaging technique helps to protect nail polish gels from damaging UV light, thus prolonging product shelf life. For the new production line, Bottle Coatings purchased a 12,000-square foot building on a 24,000-square foot lot adjoining the company’s present facility in Sun Valley, CA. This new line, designed exclusively for nail gel-type glass bottles, features proprietary equipment.
